After starting, building and selling several other businesses, Professional Surface Restoration owner Jack Pasienza, was prompted to do some soul searching.
It was 2007 and Jack had just sold his distribution company to United States Gypsum Company the year before. “I really didn’t know what I wanted to so I started sending resumes out to try and obtain a sales or operations position. I wasn’t having much luck and I was too young to retire. I started thinking about what I did and loved when I was younger. One of my very first jobs was selling cleaning supplies for Mellocraft. I really enjoyed that business and customer base.”
Jack performed his due diligence and started a Toledo, Ohio-based dealership for The Master’s Touch. The rest, as they say, is history.
“When we started it was just me and one other guy; today we employ six people. We have customers all over northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Everything from home owners and small businesses to hospitals and restaurants.”
